It doesn’t fill up with water as it should, it is very slow and only fills up to a very shallow level (even thought the bowl could take three times as much).
It might be ok for cats, but for any dog bigger than a chiwawa, it is useless. I am very disappointed!

El producto es tal y como describe el vendedor. El producto llego rapido . el plástico del dispensador de agua es mas blando que el de la comida, me llego con una pequeña abolladura, yo recomendaria que a pesar de que fue envuelto con protector burbujas se le añadiera carton o algun otro tipo de envoltorio, para que cuando tocas el paquete el dispensador de agua, este mas protegido. Apesar de eso el vendedor es muy fiable y recomendable. El producto tiene una linea muy elegante, es ligero y práctico.
Aún no lo he usado, espero que el dispensador de agua funcione correctamente.

Veio amassado, podiam ter mais cuidado com o embalsamento pois sabem que o transporte até o cliente danifica o produto, poderiam me enviar outro que não estivesse amassado

Me encantaron la función de ambas tanto de agua como de comida me sacaron de un gran apuro sólo queda ver si el resorte que viene en el bote de agua no se oxida de lo demás me gustó la presentación y la función por el precio si lo recomiendo

날이 추워져서 깨지는거 아닌가 걱정했는데 뽁뽁이로 둘둘 감싸서 안전하게 보냈더라구요~ 혹시나해서 영상 찍으면서 뜯었는데, 제품 이상 없이 잘 왔어요. 물도 진짜 많이 들어가서 놀랐어요. 사용하는 (전기)정수기가 수위가 낮아졌을 때 자동으로 멈추는 기능이 없어서, 여행갈때 사용하려고 미리 구매해뒀어요. 디자인도 원래쓰던 자동급식기와 이질감없이 잘어울려서 더 맘에 듭니다.
