Très bien emballé, mais une des portes était rentrée sans le support, qui est donc resté légèrement déformé, c'est un peu dommage. Le souci est esthétique et le produit reste 100% fonctionnel. L'eau ne s'infiltre pas à l'intérieur et le support reste beaucoup plus propre que les portes savons classiques. Je l'utilise depuis plusieurs jours et il n'y a pas d'eau dans le tiroir. Je pense aussi que le savon va durer plus longtemps comme ça. Très bon achat.
